Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the portal at strobels-supply-app.com (the "Portal"), the official customer and employee portal of Strobels Supply ("Strobels Supply", "we", "us"), operated by its technology partner Jaxel Inc. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.
1. The portal
The Portal provides authorized customers, partners, and employees of Strobels Supply with tools to manage orders, requests for quotes (RFQs), jobs, and related account activity. It is for business use only.
2. Orders, shipping, pricing & returns
All purchases, orders, RFQs, shipping, pricing, returns, refunds, and manufacturer warranties placed or managed through the Portal are governed by Strobels Supply's standard Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: prices are wholesale and subject to change; returns of eligible products are accepted within 30 days, in original packaging, subject to a 30% restocking fee; international/exported and made-to-order items are non-returnable; and manufacturer certificates must be requested at the time of order. The official Terms & Conditions control in the event of any conflict.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- Accounts are provided only to authorized customers, partners, and employees of Strobels Supply.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to access the Portal without authorization, interfere with its security or operation, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use the Portal for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Portal, its content, and its software are owned by Strobels Supply and/or Jaxel Inc. and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Portal without authorization.
6. Confidentiality
Information made available to you through the Portal may be confidential and is provided solely for your authorized business use. You agree to protect it and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strobels Supply and Jaxel Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Portal at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the security of the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revision on the Portal. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
